Virginie Naigeon-Malek is the Global Head for Corporate Citizenship, Sustainability and Social Impact at Mary Kay’s global headquarters in Dallas, Texas, USA. Virginie leads women’s empowerment and equality, diversity, equity and inclusion, global advocacy, cause marketing & community investment. She also contributes to shaping the global grant-giving strategy for the Mary Kay Ash Foundation, whose two-fold mission is to help find cures for cancers affecting women and to eradicate domestic & gender-based violence.
